Insurance Plans
We participate with VSP, Eyemed, Superior vision, Medicare, Aetna, PHCS, MediShare, as well as some Humana, United Healthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. Insurances are always changing! Give us a call and we can verify your coverage for vision and medical insurance. Please know your insurance plan info when making your appointment so we can make the most of your benefits at your visit with us.
We are not providers for some HMO plans. Some plans require a referral from your Primary Care doctor in advance or on the same day for medical coverage, we may not be aware of this until we see your insurance card in-office. It is common to be able to receive these referrals on the same day as long as you have seen your primary care provider within the last 6 month typically.
